Full custom app development is the core VentureHaus service. MVP planning, rescue work, and audits are available when a project needs a smaller entry point. Every project begins with a defined written scope — no unlimited features, unlimited revisions, or vague development promises.

Primary Engagement
01 · Build

Custom App Build

Investment
Quoted by scope

For founders and businesses that want VentureHaus to design and build the complete application — not just a prototype or a few screens.

What a complete build can include:

  • Product scoping and workflow design
  • Responsive web application UI
  • Authentication and user roles
  • Supabase database and storage when appropriate
  • Customer, employee, member, or admin portals as required by scope
  • Payments and subscriptions with Stripe when required
  • Email, SMS, and API integrations when required
  • Business dashboards and operational workflows
  • Testing, deployment, and launch preparation
Build My App

Final scope, architecture, integrations, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing before development begins.

02 · MVP

Functional MVP

Investment
Starting at $3,500
Founding Client Rate

For a focused responsive web application with one primary workflow.

  • Up to six major screens
  • One primary user role
  • One core functional module
  • Authentication
  • Supabase database
  • Basic owner-level controls for managing the included workflow
  • Responsive design
  • Deployment
  • Two consolidated revision rounds
  • Fourteen days of limited bug support
Build My MVP

A dedicated administrative portal, additional user roles, additional modules, advanced permissions, payment architecture, third-party integrations, messaging, data migration, or specialist engineering are quoted separately.

Standard Functional MVP pricing will begin at $4,500 after the founding-client period.

03 · Sprint

Repair & Launch Sprint

Investment
Starting at $1,250

For one clearly defined application repair, stabilization, or launch objective with written acceptance criteria.

Common sprint objectives may include:

  • Authentication repair
  • User-role correction
  • One broken workflow
  • Stripe synchronization repair
  • Email integration
  • Mobile stabilization
  • Deployment cleanup
Fix My Application

The base sprint includes one approved repair objective. The examples above are not all included in one engagement. Complex payment architecture, webhook synchronization, database security, migrations, unknown legacy problems, and multi-system repairs require technical review and a separate quote.

04 · Blueprint

MVP Blueprint

Investment
$500

For founders or businesses that need the correct version-one plan before development begins.

  • Product definition
  • User roles
  • Core workflow
  • Version-one feature scope
  • Page map
  • Basic database plan
  • Integration recommendations
  • Payment architecture
  • Build phases
  • Development estimate
Plan My MVP

Up to $250 of the Blueprint fee may be credited toward an approved development project of $5,000 or more when the build agreement is signed within 14 days.

05 · Audit

AI Application Audit

Investment
Starting at $295

For founders with an unfinished, broken, or unclear AI-built application.

  • Core-workflow review
  • Authentication & role review
  • Database & permission assessment
  • Payment-flow review when applicable
  • Mobile & usability review
  • Prioritized repair plan
  • Written findings & repair estimate
Request an Audit

Founding Client Rate. Development, implementation, and repairs are not included.

Who we work with

Who we build for

Every engagement starts with a real business problem and a real user — then we build the application around it.

01

Operating businesses that need custom software

Your team still runs an important process on spreadsheets, text messages, email chains, paperwork, or disconnected tools. We replace that with one custom application your team actually uses.

02

Founders who want a complete app built

You have a defined business idea and know who the user is. We design and build the full SaaS or web application — data, roles, workflows, payments, and launch — so you can put it in front of real customers.

03

Owners of unfinished AI-built applications

You started with an AI builder and stalled. We take it over, finish authentication, payments, permissions, data, and the primary workflow, and get it launched.

Not currently a fit: VentureHaus is not currently positioned for regulated healthcare systems, banking platforms, high-risk financial products, advanced cybersecurity guarantees, large social networks, complex native-mobile applications, or custom machine-learning model development.

Apps we've built

Complete platforms, not prototypes.

These are examples of the types of complete applications VentureHaus has designed and built, and the level of functionality we can deliver — multi-role platforms with real databases, payments, scheduling, communications, mobile workflows, and admin systems. These are founder-owned commercial platforms; company names, branding, source code, proprietary workflows, customer information, and unreleased features are intentionally withheld while the products are prepared for market.

Process

How we build your app.

A build-first path from idea to launch. New builds are not required to start with a paid audit — audits exist for rescuing existing applications.

  1. 01

    Qualification & Discovery

We confirm the business problem, the users, the workflows the app must support, decision-maker, budget, and technical fit.

  2. 02

    Scope & Build Plan

We map screens, roles, data, integrations, and build phases for the complete application. Existing broken applications may start with an audit instead.

  3. 03

    Written Scope

The approved scope defines screens, modules, roles, integrations, acceptance criteria, exclusions, milestones, and revision rounds.

  4. 04

    Core App Build

Authentication, data, permissions, and the most important user journeys are built first, then the remaining approved modules and screens.

  5. 05

    Integrations & Testing

Payments, email, SMS, and API integrations are connected and tested across user roles, mobile layouts, permissions, and error states.

  6. 06

    Launch & Handoff

The application is deployed and handed off with access to client-owned service accounts, documented limitations, and the included support period.

Boundaries

Clear scope. No broken promises.

Bug

An approved feature does not operate according to the written acceptance criteria.

Treatment

Fixed during the included bug-support period.

Revision

An adjustment to an item already included in the approved scope.

Treatment

Handled within the included consolidated revision rounds.

Change Request

A new feature, role, module, major screen, integration, automation, portal, or material change in product direction.

Treatment

Requires a separate estimate and written approval.

One revision round means one consolidated written feedback list submitted after a scheduled review. VentureHaus does not offer unlimited revisions.

Certain projects may require a conventional engineer, security specialist, or other technical professional. Specialist work is identified, approved, and priced separately.

Founder

Built by a founder who understands the product side.

VentureHaus is led by Ozzie Monis, a founder and operator who has spent years building and managing real businesses before translating those workflows into software.

Rather than beginning with generated screens, projects begin with:

  • The business problem
  • The user
  • The primary workflow
  • Data ownership
  • Permissions
  • Payments
  • Communication
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Launch readiness
