Founder-Led AI Product Development

Turn your business idea into functional software.

VentureHaus helps founders and operating businesses scope, repair, build, and launch functional web applications using Lovable, Supabase, Stripe, and modern AI-assisted development.

We focus on working workflows, connected data, payments, permissions, and launch readiness — not just generated screens.

Founder-built experience across field-service SaaS, sports and membership technology, payment systems, guided documentation workflows, and multi-role business platforms.

Services

Start with the right engagement.

Every project begins with a defined scope. VentureHaus does not offer unlimited features, unlimited revisions, or vague development promises.

Founding Client Pricing

VentureHaus is accepting a limited number of founding client projects at introductory rates while establishing its outside-client portfolio. Pricing will increase after the first three completed client engagements. Every engagement remains subject to qualification, technical review, written scope, acceptance criteria, and availability.

01 · Audit

AI Application Audit

Investment
Starting at $295

For founders with an unfinished, broken, or unclear AI-built application.

  • Core-workflow review
  • Authentication & role review
  • Database & permission assessment
  • Payment-flow review when applicable
  • Mobile & usability review
  • Prioritized repair plan
  • Written findings & repair estimate
Request an Audit

Founding Client Rate. Development, implementation, and repairs are not included.

02 · Blueprint

MVP Blueprint

Investment
$500

For founders or businesses that need the correct version-one plan before development begins.

  • Product definition
  • User roles
  • Core workflow
  • Version-one feature scope
  • Page map
  • Basic database plan
  • Integration recommendations
  • Payment architecture
  • Build phases
  • Development estimate
Plan My MVP

Up to $250 of the Blueprint fee may be credited toward an approved development project of $5,000 or more when the build agreement is signed within 14 days.

03 · Sprint

Repair & Launch Sprint

Investment
Starting at $1,250

For one clearly defined application repair, stabilization, or launch objective with written acceptance criteria.

Common sprint objectives may include:

  • Authentication repair
  • User-role correction
  • One broken workflow
  • Stripe synchronization repair
  • Email integration
  • Mobile stabilization
  • Deployment cleanup
Fix My Application

The base sprint includes one approved repair objective. The examples above are not all included in one engagement. Complex payment architecture, webhook synchronization, database security, migrations, unknown legacy problems, and multi-system repairs require technical review and a separate quote.

04 · Build

Functional MVP

Investment
Starting at $3,500
Founding Client Rate

For a focused responsive web application with one primary workflow.

  • Up to six major screens
  • One primary user role
  • One core functional module
  • Authentication
  • Supabase database
  • Basic owner-level controls for managing the included workflow
  • Responsive design
  • Deployment
  • Two consolidated revision rounds
  • Fourteen days of limited bug support
Build My MVP

A dedicated administrative portal, additional user roles, additional modules, advanced permissions, payment architecture, third-party integrations, messaging, data migration, or specialist engineering are quoted separately.

Standard Functional MVP pricing will begin at $4,500 after the founding-client period.

Who we work with

Best-fit clients

01

Founders with unfinished AI-built applications

You already started with Lovable or another AI-assisted builder, but authentication, payments, permissions, data, mobile behavior, or the primary workflow still needs work.

02

Operating businesses with manual processes

Your team relies on spreadsheets, text messages, emails, paperwork, or disconnected software for an important business process.

03

Founders with a defined MVP and realistic budget

You understand the problem, know who the user is, and need a focused first version that can be tested with real users.

Not currently a fit: VentureHaus is not currently positioned for regulated healthcare systems, banking platforms, high-risk financial products, advanced cybersecurity guarantees, large social networks, complex native-mobile applications, or custom machine-learning model development.

Product boundary

This product is an organizational and self-help documentation tool. It does not provide professional representation, guarantee outcomes, or replace legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice.

Founder-owned commercial SaaS product. Brand, customer information, private materials, and detailed internal workflows withheld.

Process

A controlled process from idea to delivery.

  1. 01

    Qualification

We confirm the business problem, current product stage, decision-maker, budget, and technical fit.

  2. 02

    Audit or Blueprint

Unclear existing applications begin with an audit. Complicated new ideas begin with an MVP Blueprint.

  3. 03

    Written Scope

The approved scope defines screens, modules, roles, integrations, acceptance criteria, exclusions, milestones, and revision rounds.

  4. 04

    Core Workflow First

Authentication, data, permissions, and the most important user journey are built before decorative features.

  5. 05

    Testing

The approved workflow is tested across user roles, mobile layouts, permissions, error states, payments, and third-party integrations.

  6. 06

    Handoff & Support

The client receives access to the application and client-owned service accounts, documented limitations, and the included support period.

Boundaries

Clear scope. No broken promises.

Bug

An approved feature does not operate according to the written acceptance criteria.

Treatment

Fixed during the included bug-support period.

Revision

An adjustment to an item already included in the approved scope.

Treatment

Handled within the included consolidated revision rounds.

Change Request

A new feature, role, module, major screen, integration, automation, portal, or material change in product direction.

Treatment

Requires a separate estimate and written approval.

One revision round means one consolidated written feedback list submitted after a scheduled review. VentureHaus does not offer unlimited revisions.

Certain projects may require a conventional engineer, security specialist, or other technical professional. Specialist work is identified, approved, and priced separately.

Founder

Built by a founder who understands the product side.

VentureHaus is led by Ozzie Monis, a founder and operator who has spent years building and managing real businesses before translating those workflows into software.

Rather than beginning with generated screens, projects begin with:

  • The business problem
  • The user
  • The primary workflow
  • Data ownership
  • Permissions
  • Payments
  • Communication
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Launch readiness
